Successful Loan Confirmation Reward Disbursement Details :
- Cash rewards will be issued within 60 days from the last day of the month in which the customer is confirmed to meet the above qualifications, and qualified customers will be notified through the X Wallet App’s messaging system.
- Qualified customers must login the X Wallet App, select the “Personal” page, and click on the “Bank Cards” option to add their Hong Kong bank account number in order to withdraw cash rewards. Transfer to the designated Hong Kong bank account will take approximately two business days (excluding public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
- Customers must ensure that the bank account number entered is genuine, accurate, and valid. The company will not be responsible for any failure to transfer the rewards to the account in any situation.
- All loan accounts held by customers must be in normal standing to enable the withdrawal of rewards.
- Rewards have a withdrawal and usage validity period; if there have been no transactions in the customer’s rewards wallet for the past 24 months, all rewards balances will become invalid due to expiration.
- If a customer closes or cancels, or their X Wallet loan account is frozen under any circumstances, all rewards will also be immediately canceled.
- This Promotion is valid from 5 Mar 2026 to 31 Mar 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
- The submission time of loan application is subject to the system record of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (“The Company”). Late applications will not be accepted.
- Only HKID cardholder aged 18 or above are eligible to participate in this Promotion.
- To avoid any conflict of interest, employees of The Company are prohibited from participating in this Promotion.
- Promotion code must be entered during the loan application process, where subsequent supplements or changes are not allowed.
- New customers must be first-time applicants for X Cash.AI loans (i.e., no applications made or X Wallet accounts held with the same Hong Kong identity card in the past 12 months).
- During the Promotion Period, customers can only receive this offer once. It cannot be combined with other offers. In the case of duplicate applications, the application received first will be prioritized.
- The customer’s X Wallet loan account must remain active in a normal state (no overdue repayments, bad debts, freezes, etc.) for 120 days from the contract effective date. If the customer closes or cancels their X Wallet loan account or if the balance is less than zero before the reward is issued, all rewards under this promotion will be cancelled.
- The Rewards under this Promotion are non-transferrable, non-reversible and non-refundable. The Company reserves the right to replace the rewards with any item(s) of equivalent value without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to check the Proof of Identity to verify the identity of customers. If the information provided by the customers is incomplete, unclear, missing, or if the customers cannot be contacted nor their identity cannot be verified, The Company reserves the right to disqualify their eligibility to this Promotion without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of any customer and forfeit their rewards for any provision of false information or breach of the Terms and Conditions within or after the Promotion Period.
- If there is no transaction in the customer’s Reward wallet in past 24 months, all reward balances will be expired.
- All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of The Company.
- The Company will not accept any liability for any delays or losses of application data submitted by customers due to any computer, network, telephone, and other technical issues. Customers shall not hold The Company for accountable.
- The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or suspend this Promotion at any time without any prior notice.
- By participating in this Promotion, customers accept and agree to be bounded by these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of participation or to the rewards of customers for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, and to pursue legal action against any behavior that disrupts the event.
- The Company is not the vendor providing the rewards and will not be responsible for the Application Reward, exchange, or issuance of the Application Reward. All matters related to eligibility or issuance details are the responsibility of a third party. Customers with any inquiries, comments, or complaints should contact the third party directly.
In the event of discrepancies between the Chinese and English terms, the Chinese version shall prevail. The Company reserves the final decision in case of any disputes.
