- Has not applied for any X Wallet loan product in the past 12 months and has not held any X Wallet loan account in the past 12 months;
- Successfully submits an Eligible Application: the customer first submits an application for X Loan through the X Wallet App during the Promotion Period and enters promo code “XLOAN” during the application process. Applications submitted through channels other than the X Wallet App will not be regarded as Eligible Applications.
* A customer must meet all of the following conditions in order to receive the Cash Reward shown on this campaign page:
- The customer successfully submits an Eligible Application, confirms the loan contract, and draws down X Loan. If an application for X Loan is converted to another loan product, such as an X Debt Consolidation Loan, during the approval, contract signing, or drawdown process, promo code “XLOAN” will not apply to the converted loan contract, which will also not be eligible for this promotion;
- Where a customer submits duplicate applications during the Promotion Period, the Company will rely on the Eligible Application received earlier;
- From the Effective Date of Loan Contract until the Cash Reward is issued, the customer must ensure that the relevant scheduled instalments have been Duly Repaid and that all X Wallet loan accounts remain in normal status. Any overdue repayment, bad debt, freeze, closure, early settlement, loan cancellation, or other abnormal circumstance will be regarded as an account not in normal status. “Duly Repaid” means that the full amount due for the relevant scheduled instalment has been repaid on or before its due date. Early settlement of the remaining scheduled instalments will not be regarded as Duly Repaid;
- Each Eligible Application may correspond to one Eligible Contract only. The customer must sign the Eligible Contract and successfully draw down the loan, and the loan amount and Contract Repayment Tenor under that contract must meet the Cash Reward tier requirements shown on this campaign page.Where multiple loan contracts are generated from the loan amount approved under the same Eligible Application, only the loan contract with the earliest Loan Contract Generation Time will be used to determine eligibility for this promotion. Any loan contract generated subsequently will not be eligible for this promotion. If the loan contract used to determine eligibility is not signed within its validity period, is cancelled after signing, cannot be successfully drawn down after signing, or if either its loan amount or Contract Repayment Tenor does not meet the eligibility requirements of this promotion, the customer will not be eligible for any Cash Reward.

- The total Cash Reward for eligible customers will be released in instalments according to the applicable Contract Repayment Tenor and loan amount tier, as follows:
- Loan amount 30,000-49,999: the Contract Repayment Tenor is 12 months or above; the total Cash Reward is HK$688 and will be issued in two instalments. The first instalment of HK$200 will be issued within 30 days after the customer has Duly Repaid the first 3 scheduled instalments; the second instalment of HK$488 will be issued within 30 days after the customer has Duly Repaid the first 6 scheduled instalments.
- Loan amount 50,000-99,999: the Contract Repayment Tenor is 12 months or above; the total Cash Reward is HK$1,288 and will be issued in two instalments. The first instalment of HK$400 will be issued within 30 days after the customer has Duly Repaid the first 3 scheduled instalments; the second instalment of HK$888 will be issued within 30 days after the customer has Duly Repaid the first 6 scheduled instalments.
- Loan amount 100,000-199,999: the Contract Repayment Tenor is 12 months or above; the total Cash Reward is HK$3,688 and will be issued in two instalments. The first instalment of HK$1,000 will be issued within 30 days after the customer has Duly Repaid the first 3 scheduled instalments; the second instalment of HK$2,688 will be issued within 30 days after the customer has Duly Repaid the first 6 scheduled instalments.

- Loan amount 500,000-999,999: the Contract Repayment Tenor is 36 months or above; the total Cash Reward is HK$16,888 and will be issued in three instalments. The first instalment of HK$3,000 will be issued within 30 days after the customer has Duly Repaid the first 3 scheduled instalments; the second instalment of HK$5,000 will be issued within 30 days after the customer has Duly Repaid the first 6 scheduled instalments; the third instalment of HK$8,888 will be issued within 30 days after the customer has Duly Repaid the first 12 scheduled instalments.
- Loan amount 1,000,000: the Contract Repayment Tenor is 36 months or above; the total Cash Reward is HK$80,000 and will be issued in three instalments. The first instalment of HK$15,000 will be issued within 30 days after the customer has Duly Repaid the first 3 scheduled instalments; the second instalment of HK$25,000 will be issued within 30 days after the customer has Duly Repaid the first 6 scheduled instalments; the third instalment of HK$40,000 will be issued within 30 days after the customer has Duly Repaid the first 12 scheduled instalments.
- The Cash Reward will be credited to the “Rewards” wallet within the X Wallet App, and eligible customers will be notified via in-app message.
- Eligible customers must log in to the X Wallet App, go to the “Profile” page, tap “Bank Card,” and add a valid Hong Kong bank account number. Reward withdrawal is only available after the designated reward receiving bank account has been set up. After cash reward withdrawal, the amount will be transferred to the designated Hong Kong bank account and will generally take about two business days (excluding public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
- Customers must ensure that the receiving bank account number provided is true, accurate, and valid. The Company shall not be responsible if the Cash Reward cannot be successfully transferred due to incorrect information.
- All X Wallet loan accounts of the customer must remain in normal status in order to use the reward withdrawal function.
- Cash Rewards are subject to withdrawal and usage validity periods. If there has been no transaction record in the customer’s Rewards Wallet for the past 24 months, all reward balances will expire.
- If a customer closes, cancels, or has any X Wallet loan account frozen under any circumstances, all undistributed Cash Rewards will be cancelled.
- The Promotion Period of this offer is from August 4, 2026 to September 30, 2026, both dates inclusive.
- The time of loan application submission shall be determined based on the Company’s system records. Late applications will not be accepted.
- This offer is only available to persons aged 18 or above holding a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.
- To avoid any conflict of interest, employees of the Company are not eligible to participate in this offer.
- Promo code “XLOAN” must be entered during the loan application process. No retrospective entry, transfer, or amendment will be accepted.
- A new customer must meet all of the following conditions: the customer has not applied for any X Wallet loan product in the past 12 months and has not held any X Wallet loan account in the past 12 months; the customer first submits an application for X Loan through the X Wallet App during the Promotion Period and enters promo code “XLOAN” during the application process (applications submitted through channels other than the X Wallet App will not be regarded as Eligible Applications); the customer obtains approval, confirms the loan contract, and draws down X Loan; the loan amount and Contract Repayment Tenor under that contract meet the Cash Reward tier requirements shown on this campaign page; and the customer Duly Repays the relevant scheduled instalments before each Cash Reward is issued, in order to receive the corresponding Cash Reward.
- During the Promotion Period, each eligible customer may receive this offer once only and may not enjoy it in conjunction with other offers. In case of duplicate applications, the earlier Eligible Application received by the Company shall prevail. The requirements set out in the “Campaign Details” regarding Eligible Applications, Eligible Contracts, conversion to other loan products, and multiple loan contracts under the same Eligible Application must also be met.
- Eligibility for Cash Rewards under this promotion is limited to 100 customers and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, ranked according to the chronological order of the Effective Date of Loan Contract for eligible customers. Of these, Cash Reward eligibility is limited to 2 customers with a loan amount of HK$1,000,000, 5 customers with a loan amount from HK$500,000 to HK$999,999, and 93 customers with a loan amount from HK$30,000 to HK$499,999. Cash Reward eligibility quotas for the three loan amount groups are calculated independently and may not be transferred or reallocated.
- All X Wallet loan accounts of an eligible customer must remain in normal status from the Effective Date of Loan Contract until the Cash Reward is issued. If overdue repayment, bad debt, account freeze, closure, loan cancellation, early settlement, or any other abnormal circumstance occurs, the Company reserves the right to disqualify the customer from the Cash Reward.
- The eligible customer’s registered X Wallet account must remain in normal status from the Effective Date of Loan Contract until the Cash Reward is issued (including but not limited to account abnormalities or account deregistration, all of which will be regarded as abnormal account status); the Company reserves the right to disqualify the customer from the Cash Reward.
- Any reward under this promotion is non-transferable, non-revocable, non-returnable, and may not be exchanged for compensation other than cash. The Company reserves the right to substitute the reward with another item of equivalent value without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to verify the identity documents and loan application information of applicants for identity and eligibility verification. If the information provided is incomplete, unclear, omitted, inaccurate, unverifiable, or if the applicant cannot be contacted, the Company reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without prior notice.
- If at any time during or after the Promotion Period the Company discovers that any customer has provided false information, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or breached these Terms and Conditions, the Company reserves the right to disqualify the customer from the promotion and revoke any reward received.
- If the customer is subsequently found to be ineligible for the promotion, in breach of these Terms and Conditions, to have provided false information, or to have any circumstance causing reward ineligibility, the Company reserves the right to cancel all unwithdrawn or undistributed Cash Rewards and to recover any rewards already issued to the customer.
- The Cash Reward will be issued according to the staged reward arrangement stated on this campaign page. The actual reward amount, issuance timing, and reward eligibility shall be subject to the Company’s system records and final review result.
- Cash Rewards are subject to withdrawal and usage validity periods. If there has been no transaction record in the customer’s Rewards Wallet for the past 24 months, all reward balances will expire.
- All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of The Company.
- The Company will not accept any liability for any delays or losses of application data submitted by customers due to any computer, network, telephone, and other technical issues. Customers shall not hold The Company for accountable.
- The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or suspend this Promotion at any time without any prior notice.
- By participating in this Promotion, customers accept and agree to be bounded by these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of participation or to the rewards of customers for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, and to pursue legal action against any behavior that disrupts the event.
- The Company reserves its absolute right on any loan approval decision, rewards issuance decision or any disputes.
In the event of any discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
