^ To be eligible to participate in this promotion, customers must fulfill the below:

1. Have not applied for or held any X Wallet loan account in the past 12 months;
2. Must apply for the X Cash.AI Loan for the first time during the promotion period and enter the promo code “XP19000” during the application process and confirm the loan agreement.
3. Borrowers must maintain an active account status within 120 days from the date of contract confirmation (accounts with overdue payments, bad debts, freezes, etc., will be considered inactive), and the daily loan balance must be maintained at HK$20,000 or above to qualify for the corresponding cash rebate.

1. Upon successful loan application, regardless of loan approval status, customers will receive 10 × $100 X Pay e-Cash Vouchers (Total $1,000) within 30 days after the end of the promotion period (i.e., on or before 30 Nov 2026). Eligible customers will be notified through inbox messages on X Wallet App.
2. Eligible customers are required to login to X Wallet App and complete the registration procedures of X Pay account under X Pay section for the redemption. The e-Cash Voucher will be released to the corresponding X Pay account automatically.
3. The X Pay e-Cash Voucher is non-transferable, non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. The use of X Pay e-Cash Voucher is subject to terms and conditions. For the terms and conditions of X Pay e-Cash Voucher service, please refer to the X Pay website (zero-xpay.com) or inquire with the relevant supplier.

1. After the customers successfully confirm the loan, the daily loan balance must be maintained at $20,000 or above within 120 days. The cash rewards will be issued to the Reward Wallet in the X Wallet App within 60 days from the last day of the month in which customer is confirmed to meet the above criteria. Eligible customers will be notified through inbox message of X Wallet App.
2. To withdraw cash rewards, customers must login to X Wallet App, navigate to the “Personal” page, click “Bank Cards,” and add their Hong Kong bank account number. The cash rewards will be credited to the designated Hong Kong bank account in about two working days (excluding public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays).
3. Customers must ensure the beneficiary bank account number entered is true, correct and valid. The Company will not be responsible if rewards fail to transfer to the account under any circumstances.
4. All loan accounts of the customer must be in normal condition in order to withdraw the rewards (Delinquent payments, bad debts, freezes, etc., will all be considered as abnormal accounts).
5. If there is no transaction in the customer’s Reward wallet in past 24 months, all rewards balances will be expired.
6. If a customer closes or cancels his/her X Wallet account under any circumstances, all rewards will be deemed as forfeited.
