(2) Eligible new customers who successfully apply for X Cash.AI Express Loan (for the first time with an approved loan amount of $20,000 or above, will be entitled for an additional $2,700 Cash Rebate)
The loan account must be in normal and active status (overdue, write-off, and frozen are all regarded as abnormal accounts), and the daily loan balance needs to maintain $20,000 or above within 120 days upon loan contract confirmation day to entitle $2,700 Cash Rebate.

Redemption Details
- After the customer successfully confirms the loan, the daily loan balance must be maintained at $20,000 or more within 120 days. The cash reward will be issued to the Rewards wallet on the X Wallet App within 60 days after confirming that the customer meets the above qualifications, and eligible customers will be notified via message through the X Wallet App.
- Eligible customers must log in to the X Wallet App, click on the “Personal” page, and select the “Bank Card” option to add their Hong Kong bank account in order to withdraw the cash reward. The transfer to the designated Hong Kong bank account will take approximately two working days (excluding public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
- Customers must ensure that the bank account number they enter is true, correct, and valid. The company will not be responsible for any circumstances that lead to the failure of the reward being successfully transferred to that account.
- All of the customer’s loan accounts must be in normal status in order to execute the reward withdrawal function. Rewards have a validity period for withdrawal and use; if there have been no transaction records in the customer’s rewards wallet for the past 24 months, all reward balances will expire.
- If the customer closes or cancels their X Lend membership account under any circumstances, all rewards will also be canceled immediately.
- Eligible customers must first log in to the X Wallet App, then go to the X Pay page and complete the X Pay registration process.
- The electronic cash voucher will be automatically issued to their X Pay account.
1. This Promotion is valid from 15 Jul 2025 to 31 Aug 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”). 2. The submission time of loan application is subject to the system record of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (“The Company”). Late applications will not be accepted. 3. Only HKID cardholder aged 18 or above are eligible to participate in this Promotion. 4. To avoid any conflict of interest, employees of The Company are prohibited from participating in this Promotion. 5. Promotion code must be entered during the loan application process, where subsequent supplements or changes are not allowed. 6. For any successful first-time application of X Cash.AI (i.e. no application and/ or hold of any X Lend loan in the past 12 months) made within the Promotion Period, customers will be entitled to $300 X Pay e-Cash Voucher, regardless of loan approval status. Customers will also be entitled to $2,700 Reward if they maintain a balance of $20,000 or above in their X Cash.AI loan account every day for 120 days starting from the enforcement date of the loan contract. For details about the eligibility of the Customers, eligibility and release of the e-Cash Voucher and Cash Reward, please refer to Promotion Details and Redemption Details aforementioned. 7. Customer can enjoy the offer once within the Promotion Period. The promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. In case of multiple applications received from the same customer, The Company will only consider the earliest application as valid. 8. Customers must keep their X Cash.AI loan account normal and active (delayed repayment, bad debt, etc. will be perceived as abnormal account) within 120 days upon the enforcement date of the loan contract. If they close, cancel the X Cash.AI loan account, or settled the loan before the reward release, all the rewards under this Promotion will be forfeited. 9. The Rewards under this Promotion are non-transferrable, non-reversible and non-refundable. The Company reserves the right to replace the rewards with any item(s) of equivalent value without prior notice. 10. The Company reserves the right to check the Proof of Identity to verify the identity of customers. If the information provided by the customers is incomplete, unclear, missing, or if the customers cannot be contacted nor their identity cannot be verified, The Company reserves the right to disqualify their eligibility to this Promotion without prior notice. 11. The Company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of any customer and forfeit their rewards for any provision of false information or breach of the Terms and Conditions within or after the Promotion Period. 12. Apply to X Pay e cash voucher The use of X Pay e-Cash Voucher is subject to terms and conditions. For the terms and conditions of X Pay e-Cash Voucher service, please refer to the X Pay website (zero-xpay.com) or inquire with the relevant supplier. 13. Apply to Cash Reward If there is no transaction in the customer’s Reward wallet in past 24 months, all reward balances will be expired 14. All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of The Company. 15. The Company will not accept any liability for any delays or losses of application data submitted by customers due to any computer, network, telephone, and other technical issues. Customers shall not hold The Company for accountable. 16. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or suspend this Promotion at any time without any prior notice. 17. By participating in this Promotion, customers accept and agree to be bounded by these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of participation or to the rewards of customers for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, and to pursue legal action against any behavior that disrupts the event. In the event of any discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right to make final decision.
