Redemption Details
A. $300 X Pay e-cash Voucher
- Upon successful loan application, regardless of loan approval status, customers will receive $300 X Pay e-Cash voucher within 60 days after the end of promotional period. Eligible customers will be notified through inbox message of X Wallet App.
- Eligible Customers are required to login to X Wallet App and complete the registration procedures of X Pay account under X Pay section for the redemption. The e-Cash Voucher will be released to the corresponding X Pay account automatically.
- Electronic cash vouchers cannot be exchanged for other products, nor can they be transferred or redeemed for cash.
- The use of X Pay e-Cash Voucher is subject to terms and conditions. For the terms and conditions of X Pay e-Cash Voucher service, please refer to the X Pay website (zero-xpay.com) or inquire with the relevant supplier.
B. Cash Rewards
- After the customer successfully confirms the loan, the daily loan balance must be maintained at $20,000 or more within 120 days. The cash reward will be issued to the Rewards wallet on the X Wallet App within 60 days after confirming that the customer meets the above qualifications, and eligible customers will be notified via message through the X Wallet App.
- To withdraw the cash reward, customers must login to the X Wallet App, navigate to the “Personal” page and click the “Bank Cards” to add their Hong Kong bank account number. The cash reward will be credited to the designated Hong Kong bank account in about two working days (excluding public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays).
- Customers are required to ensure the beneficiary bank account number entered is true, correct and valid. The Company will not be responsible for any failure to transfer the Reward to the account under any circumstances.
- All loan accounts of the customer must be in normal condition in order to withdraw the reward (Delinquent payments, bad debts, freezes, etc., will all be considered as abnormal accounts).
- If there is no transaction in the customer’s Reward wallet in past 24 months, all reward balances will be expired.
- If a customer closes or cancels his/her X Wallet account under any circumstances, all rewards will be deemed as forfeited.
- This promotional offer is valid from January 5, 2026, to February 15, 2026 (including both days) (the “Promotional Period”).
- The submission time of loan applications will be based on the computer records of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (the “Company”). Late applications will not be accepted.
- To avoid any conflict of interest, Company employees are not allowed to participate in this offer.
- This offer is only available to individuals aged 18 or above who hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.
- The promo code must be entered during the loan application process; late submissions or changes will not be accepted.
- ^Customers must be first-time applicants for the X Cash.AI (i.e., must not have applied for or held any loan accounts with X Wallet using the same Hong Kong Identity Card in the past 12 months) and must successfully be approved for the X Cash.AI Loan and confirm the loan agreement. They must maintain a daily loan balance of $20,000 or above within 120 days from the date of loan confirmation to receive the following rewards:
- Maintain a daily loan balance of $20,000 to $60,000 to receive a cash rebate of $2,000.
- Maintain a daily loan balance of $60,001 to $90,000 to receive a cash rebate of $4,000.
- Maintain a daily loan balance of $90,001 to $128,000 to receive a cash rebate of $6,000.
- Maintain a daily loan balance of $128,001 to $180,000 to receive a cash rebate of $10,000.

- During the promotional period, customers may only receive this offer once and cannot use it in conjunction with other offers. In the case of multiple applications, the Company will consider the earliest received application.
- Customers’ X Cash.AI accounts must remain in normal active status within 120 days from the effective date of the contract (delinquent payments, bad debts, freezes, etc., will be considered as abnormal accounts). If customers close or cancel their X Wallet accounts or membership accounts before the rewards are issued, or if their X Wallet loan account balance falls below zero, all rewards under this promotional program will be immediately canceled.
- Any rewards under this promotional program are non-transferable, non-revocable, and non-returnable. The Company reserves the right to substitute items of equal value without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to verify the identity of applicants by checking their identification documents. If the information provided by the applicant is unclear, incomplete, or if the applicant cannot be contacted or verified, the Company reserves the right to cancel the eligibility for the offer without prior notice.
- If the Company discovers any customer submitting false information or violating these terms and conditions during the promotional period or thereafter, the Company has the right to cancel their eligibility for this promotional offer and any rewards obtained.
- Cash rewards have a validity period for withdrawal and usage. If a customer’s reward wallet has not had any transaction records in the past 24 months, all reward balances will expire.
- All collected personal data will be handled in accordance with the Company’s personal privacy policy.
- The Company shall not be liable for any legal responsibilities arising from delays or losses of information submitted by customers due to any computer, network, telephone, or technical failures, and customers may not hold the Company accountable for any claims.
- The Company reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of this promotional program or discontinue it at any time without prior notice.
- By participating in this promotional program, customers represent that they accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If violated, the Company has the right to cancel their participation or eligibility for rewards and reserves the right to pursue legal actions against any behaviors that disrupt the promotion.
In the event of any discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right to make final decision.
