Redemption Details
A. $500 X Pay e-cash Voucher
1. Upon successful loan application, regardless of loan approval status, customers will receive $500 X Pay e-cash Voucher within 30 days after the end of promotional period (i.e. on or before 31 Aug 2025). Eligible customers will be notified through inbox message on X Wallet App.
2. Eligible Customers are required to complete the registration procedures of X Pay account and agreed to the X Pay Terms of Use. The e-Cash Voucher will be released to the corresponding X Pay account automatically.
B. Dyson Supersonic™ Origin Hair Dryer
1. Customers must maintain a $30,000 or above remaining balance of their X Cash.AI loan account every day for 120 days, starting from the enforcement date of loan contract. The Dyson Supersonic™ Origin Hair Dryer ($2,980 in value (random colour)) will be released within 60 days upon the confirmation of customer fulfilling the above eligibility. Eligible customers will be notified through inbox message on X Wallet App.
2. After receiving the reward redemption notification, eligible customers are required to fill out a Google form to register the date and time for redemption of Dyson Supersonic™ Origin Hair Dryer, and redeem the Dyson Supersonic™ Origin Hair Dryer in person at the designated redemption location.
3. Customers must present the redemption notice and sign an acknowledgement of receipt in order to redeem the Dyson Supersonic™ Origin Hair Dryer. Failure to redeem within the registered date and time or late redemption will not be entertained.
4. The Dyson Supersonic™ Origin Hair Dryer cannot be exchanged for other products, is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. The Dyson Supersonic™ Origin Hair Dryer can only be redeemed in person at designated locations, and cannot be given by post nor collecting on behalf of others.
6. X Wallet is not the supplier of the Dyson Supersonic™ Origin Hair Dryer, please refer to the information provided on the Dyson Supersonic™ Origin Hair Dryer or contact with the supplier for the usage details, terms and conditions of the Dyson Supersonic™ Origin Hair Dryer. 7.Gifts are available while stocks last.
1. This Promotion is valid from 23 Jun 2025 to 31 Jul 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. The submission time of loan application is subject to the system record of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (“The Company”). Late applications will not be accepted.
3. Only HKID cardholder aged 18 or above are eligible to participate in this Promotion.
4. To avoid any conflict of interest, employees of The Company are prohibited from participating in this Promotion.
5. Promotion code must be entered during the loan application process, where subsequent supplements or changes are not allowed.
6. For any successful first-time application of X Cash.AI (i.e. no application and/ or hold of any X Lend loan in the past 12 months) made within the Promotion Period, customers will be entitled to $500 X Pay e-cash Voucher, regardless of loan approval status. Customers will also be entitled to Dyson Supersonic™ Origin Hair Dryer if they maintain a balance of $30,000 or above in their X Cash.AI loan account every day for 120 days starting from the enforcement date of the loan contract. For details about the eligibility of the Customers, eligibility and release of the e-Cash Voucher and Cash Reward, please refer to Promotion Details and Redemption Details aforementioned.
7. Customer can enjoy the offer once within the Promotion Period. The promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. In case of multiple applications received from the same customer, The Company will only consider the earliest application as valid.
8. Customers must keep their X Cash.AI loan account normal and active (delayed repayment, bad debt, etc. will be perceived as abnormal account) within 120 days upon the enforcement date of the loan contract. If they close, cancel the X Cash.AI loan account, or settled the loan before the reward release , all the rewards under this Promotion will be forfeited.
9. The Rewards under this Promotion are non-transferrable, non-reversible and non-refundable. The Company reserves the right to replace the rewards with any item(s) of equivalent value without prior notice.
10. The Company reserves the right to check the Proof of Identity to verify the identity of customers. If the information provided by the customers is incomplete, unclear, missing, or if the customers cannot be contacted nor their identity cannot be verified, The Company reserves the right to disqualify their eligibility to this Promotion without prior notice.
11. The Company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of any customer and forfeit their rewards for any provision of false information or breach of the Terms and Conditions within or after the Promotion Period.
12. The use of X Pay e-Cash Voucher is subject to terms and conditions. For the terms and conditions of X Pay e-Cash Voucher service, please refer to the X Pay website (zero-xpay.com) or inquire with the relevant supplier.
13. X Wallet is not the supplier of the Dyson Supersonic™ Origin Hair Dryer, please refer to the information provided on the Dyson Supersonic™ Origin Hair Dryer or contact with the supplier for the usage details, terms and conditions of the Dyson Supersonic™ Origin Hair Dryer. Any disputes arising from the Dyson Supersonic™ Origin Hair Dryer shall not be related the Company.
14. All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of The Company.
15. The Company will not accept any liability for any delays or losses of application data submitted by customers due to any computer, network, telephone, and other technical issues. Customers shall not hold The Company for accountable.
16. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or suspend this Promotion at any time without any prior notice.
17. By participating in this Promotion, customers accept and agree to be bounded by these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of participation or to the rewards of customers for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, and to pursue legal action against any behavior that disrupts the event.
In the event of any discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right to make final decision.
