Promotion Details:
- During the promotion period, all new customers^ who apply for the X Cash.AI Loan for the first time and enter the promo code “XW50” during the application process will receive a 50% interest rebate on their first three monthly statements. The rebate will be issued monthly, with no limit on the rebate amount.
- Customers must maintain their accounts in good standing (any overdue payments, defaults, etc., will be considered as accounts in bad standing) from the issuance of the monthly statement until the reward is granted to qualify for the interest rebate for that period.
^Customers must meet all the following criteria to be considered new customers eligible for this promotion:
- A. Have not applied for or held any loan account in X Wallet in the past 12 months.
- B. Enter the promo code “XW50” during the application process and confirm the loan agreement.

Reward Details
- The interest rebate will be credited to the reward wallet within 30 business days following the issuance of each monthly statement, and eligible customers will be notified via messages in the X Wallet App.
- Eligible customers must log in to the X Wallet App, select the “Profile” page, and click on the “Bank Card” option to add their Hong Kong bank account number in order to withdraw the cash rebate. Transfers to the designated Hong Kong bank account will take approximately two business days (excluding public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
- Customers must ensure that the bank account number entered is accurate, correct, and valid. The company will not be responsible for any failure of the reward to transfer successfully to the account due to any discrepancies.
- All loan accounts held by the customer must be in good standing to enable the withdrawal of rewards.
- Rewards have a limited validity period. If there have been no transactions in the reward wallet over the past 24 months, all reward balances will expire.
- If a customer’s X Wallet loan account is closed, canceled, or frozen for any reason, all rewards will be immediately canceled.
- This promotional plan is valid from March 5, 2026, to March 31, 2026 (inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
- The submission time of loan application is subject to the system record of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (“The Company”). Late applications will not be accepted.
- This promotion is only open to individuals aged 18 or older who hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.
- To avoid conflicts of interest, employees of the Company are not permitted to participate in this promotion.
- The promo code must be entered during the loan application process; late submissions or changes will not be accepted.
- Customers must be applying for the X Wallet loan product for the first time (i.e., they have not applied for or held any loan account with X Wallet using the same Hong Kong Identity Card within the past 12 months) and must have been successfully approved the X Cash.AI Loan and confirmed the loan agreement to qualify for the rebate.
- During the promotion period, each customer can only receive this offer once and cannot use it in conjunction with other promotions. In cases of duplicate applications, the earliest received application will be considered.
- The customer’s X Wallet loan account must remain in normal active status from the issuance of the monthly statement until the reward is granted (any overdue payments, defaults, freezes, etc., will be regarded as abnormal accounts). If the customer closes, cancels, or has their X Wallet loan account frozen before the reward is granted, all rewards pertaining to this promotion will be immediately canceled.
- No rewards associated with this promotion can be transferred, revoked, or returned. The Company reserves the right to substitute other items of equivalent value without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to verify the identity of applicants. If the information provided by the applicant is inaccurate, unclear, incomplete, or if the applicant cannot be contacted or their identity cannot be confirmed, the Company reserves the right to cancel the eligibility for the promotion without notice.
- If the Company discovers any customer providing false information or not complying with these terms and conditions during or after the promotion period, the Company has the right to cancel their eligibility for the promotion and any rewards obtained.
- Rewards have a limited validity period. If there have been no transactions in the customer’s reward wallet over the past 24 months, all reward balances will expire.
- All personal data collected will be handled in accordance with the Company’s personal privacy policy.
- The Company is not liable for any delays or losses of information submitted by customers due to any computer, network, telephone, or technical failures, and customers shall not pursue any claims against the Company.
- The Company reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of this promotional plan or to terminate the promotional plan at any time without prior notice.
- By participating in this promotional plan, customers accept and agree to these terms and conditions. In the event of violations, the Company reserves the right to cancel their participation or eligibility for any rewards and retains the right to pursue legal action against any disruptive behavior.
In the event of any inconsistencies or ambiguities between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail. The Company reserves the final decision in any disputes.
