Reward Details：
Once you have successfully draw down the X Cash.AI loan, you just need to answer one simple question – “If you were given a chance to pick 1 item for authentication, what would you pick? Why?” – at the bottom of this webpage. X Wallet will select One customer whose answer is the most creative to win an authentication card. The winner will be announced on this webpage on or before June 30, 2026, and will also be notified via a message in the X Wallet App.
Eligibility:
To be eligible, you must meet all of the following requirements. You will then have a chance to win one authentication card with a value of up to $30,000:
- From 29 May 2026 to 18 June 2026, confirm the X Cash.AI loan contract and successfully draw down the loan.
- Submit the answer to the question on or before 18 June 2026. (Each eligible customer may submit once during the promotion period. Repeated submissions will be disregarded and only the first submission will be counted.)
- Maintain a normal and active X Cash.AI loan account (delayed repayment, bad debt, frozen, will be perceived as abnormal account) throughout the promotion period till rewards release day, and ensure the account is not yet settled or closed.
Redemption Details:
- After receiving the reward redemption notification, winner is required to fill out an online form to register the date and time for redemption, and redeem the authentication card in person at the redemption location designated by The Company.
- Winner must present the redemption notification and sign an acknowledgement of receipt in order to redeem the authentication card. Failure to redeem within the registered date and time will not be entertained. If the registered date or time needs to be changed, the Winner must contact The Company at least three (3) business days prior to the original registered date. Any revised redemption date and time may only be selected for time slots after the original date and time.
- The authentication card can only be redeemed in person at designated locations, and cannot be given by post nor collecting on behalf of others.
Terms and Conditions
- This Promotion is valid from 29 May 2026 to 18 June 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
- The draw down time of the loan for this Promotion is subject to the system record of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (“The Company”). Late draw down will not be accepted.
- Only HKID cardholders aged 18 or above are eligible to participate in this Promotion.
- To avoid any conflict of interest, employees of The Company are prohibited from participating in this Promotion.
- A Customer must, within the Promotion Period: (1) confirm the X Cash A.I. Loan contract; (2) successfully draw down the loan under such contract; and (3) submit responses to the question on this promotional webpage, in order to be deemed to have participated in this P
- During the Promotion Period, customers may submit their answers once; repeated submissions will be disregarded and only the first submission will be counted.
- Winner will be selected by The Company based on an overall assessment of the creativity, relevance to the topic, and overall presentation of the answers. The Company reserves its absolute right on the winner list, rewards issuance decision or any disputes.
- Customers must keep their X Cash.AI loan account normal and active (delayed repayment, bad debt, frozen, etc. will be perceived as abnormal account) throughout the Promotion Period till rewards release day. If they close, cancel the X Cash.AI loan account, or settled the loan before the rewards release, all the rewards awarded under this Promotion will be forfeited.
- The Rewards under this Promotion are non-transferrable, non-reversible and non-refundable. The Company reserves the right to replace the rewards with any item(s) of equivalent value without prior notice.
- The Company is not the supplier of the rewards. The information, images, or stated values of the relevant prizes included in promotional materials are for reference only. The Company is not responsible for any differences between their stated values and their actual selling prices in the market. Any disputes relating to the rewards are not related to the Company.
- The Company has no responsibility for any transportation, shipping, or similar costs incurred in relation to redeeming the rewards. Winner must understand and agree that regardless of the reasons, if winner is unable to enjoy any gift or suffer personal injury or loss of property during the process of enjoying the rewards, The Company shall not be liable.
- The Company reserves the right to check the Proof of Identity to verify the identity of the Winner. If the information provided by the Winner is incomplete, unclear, missing, or if the Winner cannot be contacted or their identity cannot be verified, The Company reserves the right to disqualify their eligibility to this Promotion without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of any customer and forfeit their rewards for any provision of false information or breach of the Terms and Conditions within or after the Promotion Period.
- All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of The Company.
- The Company will not accept any liability for any delays or losses of application data submitted by customers due to any computer, network, telephone, and other technical issues. Customers shall not hold The Company for accountable.
- The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or suspend this Promotion at any time without any prior notice.
- By participating in this Promotion, customers accept and agree to be bounded by these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of participation or to the rewards of customers for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, and to pursue legal action against any behavior that disrupts the event.
- The Company reserves its absolute right on any loan approval decision, rewards issuance decision or any disputes.
In the event of any discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
