Redemption Details
“Basic Reward 1 – Application Reward” will be released within 30 days after the end of promotion period.
“Introducer Bonus Reward – 1st Day Reward”, “Basic Reward 2 – 1st Month Reward” and “Basic Reward 3 – The Ultimate Reward” will be released within 30 days upon the confirmation of customer (Referee) fulfilling the above eligibility. Eligible Introducer and Referee (“Eligible Customers”) will be informed about the release of the Rewards via Inbox Message within the X Wallet App.
A. Cash Rewards
- Cash Reward will be released to Rewards wallet in X Wallet App.
- To withdraw the cash reward, customers must login to the X Wallet App, navigate to the “Personal” page and click the “Bank Cards” to add their Hong Kong bank account number. The cash reward will be credited to the designated Hong Kong bank account in about two working days (excluding public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays).
- Customers are required to ensure the beneficiary bank account number entered is true, correct and valid. The Company will not be responsible for any failure to transfer the Reward to the account under any circumstances.
- All loan accounts of the customer must be in normal condition in order to withdraw the reward.
- If there is no transaction in the customer’s Reward wallet in past 24 months, all reward balances will be expired.
- If a customer closes or cancels his/her X Wallet account under any circumstances, all rewards will be deemed as forfeited.
B. X Pay e-Cash Voucher
- Eligible Customers are required to login to X Wallet App and complete the registration procedures of X Pay account under X Pay section for the redemption. The e-Cash Voucher will be released to the corresponding X Pay account automatically.
About X Cash.AI Member Get Member Program (“MGM Program”)
- How to participate in the MGM Program?
For any Hong Kong resident aged 18 or above, they are eligible to participate in the MGM Program by registering as a member of X Wallet and agreeing the Terms and Conditions of the MGM Program.
- How to make a referral?
Each Referrer has their own Unique Referral Code (“Referral Code”) displayed on the “Rewards” page within the X Wallet App. Referrer can share the Referral Code, unique referral URL or the QR code automatically generated by the system to their family and friends, and refer them for an application of the X Cash.AI.
- How to use the Referral Code?
After Referee login to the X Wallet App, they shall apply X Cash.AI at the Homepage. The Referral Code entered by the Referee during the loan application process will be authenticated by the system. If the loan application is made from a login to X Wallet App via a unique referral URL or QR code, the system will automatically identify the identities of the Introducer and their Referees. - Is there any limit on the number of referrals?
Apart from “Introducer Bonus Reward – 1st Day Reward” which limited for 5 times throughout the promotion period, the quota for the remaining Rewards is unlimited.
- This Promotion is valid from 1 January 2026 to 3 March 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
- The submission time of loan application is subject to the system record of Zero Finance Hong Kong Limited (“The Company”). Late applications will not be accepted.
- Only HKID cardholder aged 18 or above are eligible to participate in this Promotion.
- The Introducer and the Referee cannot be the same person, nor using the same bank account to receive any reward.
- The referral of a Referee must be taken through a lawful means. Otherwise, The Company reserves the right to cancel the release of the relevant rewards to the Introducer .
- To avoid any conflict of interest, employees of The Company are prohibited from participating in this Promotion.
- The Referral Code must be entered during the loan application process, where subsequent supplements or changes are not allowed.
- For any successful first-time application of X Cash.AI (i.e. no application and/ or hold of any X Wallet loan account in the past 12 months) made within the Promotion Period, which the Referee enters the Unique Referral Code of their Introducer during the application process or apply via unique referral URL or the QR code automatically generated by the system, Referee will receive $300 X Pay e-Cash Voucher (” Basic Reward 1 – Application Reward “), regardless of the loan approval status.
- If Referee completed a successful drawdown of X Cash.AI at the amount of $20,000 or above, and maintain the account outstanding balance of $20,000 or above on the 1st day (till 23:59:59) of loan contract enforcement date, Introducer will receive $100 Cash Reward (“Introducer Bonus Reward – 1st Day Reward “).
- Each Introducer can enjoy “Introducer Bonus Reward – 1st Day Reward” 5 times at maximum throughout the promotion period.
- If Referee completed a successful drawdown of X Cash.AI at the amount of $20,000 or above, and maintain a minimum daily loan outstanding balance of $20,000 or above under X Cash. AI loan account for 30 days, starting from the loan contract enforcement date, Introducer is eligible to earn $300 Cash Reward and $500 X Pay e-Cash Voucher, while Referee is eligible to earn $300 Cash Reward correspondingly (“Basic Reward 2 – 1st Month Reward”).
- If Referee completed a successful drawdown of X Cash.AI at the amount of $20,000 or above, and maintain a minimum daily loan outstanding balance of $20,000 or above under X Cash. AI loan account for 120 days, starting from the loan contract enforcement date, Referee is eligible to earn $2,400 Cash Reward (“Basic Reward 3 – The Ultimate Reward”).
- For details about the eligibility of the Introducer and Referee, eligibility and release of Rewards, please refer to the Promotion Details and Redemption Details aforementioned.
- Customer can only be referred once within the Promotion Period. X Cash.AI Member Get Member Program offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. In case of multiple applications received from the same Referee, The Company will only consider the earliest application as valid.
- Introducer and Referee must keep their X Cash.AI loan account normal and active (delayed repayment, bad debt, frozen, etc. will be perceived as abnormal account) throughout the Promotion Period till rewards release. If they close, cancel the X Cash.AI loan account, or settled the loan before the rewards release, all the rewards under this Promotion will be forfeited.
- The Rewards under this Promotion are non-transferrable, non-reversible and non-refundable. The Company reserves the right to replace the rewards with any item(s) of equivalent value without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to check the Proof of Identity to verify the identity of customers. If the information provided by the customers is incomplete, unclear, missing, or if the customers cannot be contacted nor their identity cannot be verified, The Company reserves the right to disqualify their eligibility to this Promotion without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of any customer and forfeit their rewards for any provision of false information or breach of the Terms and Conditions within or after the Promotion Period.
- The use of X Pay e-Cash Voucher is subject to terms and conditions. For the terms and conditions of X Pay e-Cash Voucher service, please refer to the X Pay website (zero-xpay.com) or inquire with the relevant supplier.
- If the Introducer or Referee fails to provide their receiving bank account details within 30 days upon the successful loan application, it will be deemed as an automatic forfeit of the relevant rewards.
- If there is no transaction in the customer’s Reward wallet in past 24 months, all reward balances will be expired.
- All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of The Company.
- The Company will not accept any liability for any delays or losses of application data submitted by customers due to any computer, network, telephone, and other technical issues. Customers shall not hold The Company for accountable.
- The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or suspend this Promotion at any time without any prior notice.
- By participating in this Promotion, customers accept and agree to be bounded by these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to disqualify the eligibility of participation or to the rewards of customers for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, and to pursue legal action against any behavior that disrupts the event.
In the event of any discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right to make final decision.
